Rome continued…

Well, it’s our third day in Rome, so we wanted to share a few photos from yesterday. It was insane how much we walked around the city! We take the train tomorrow morning for Florence, so we’ll post an update soon on our travels…We’ve never seen so many Vespas in our lives all in one place. Here’s a shot of one near the Colosseum (see it?)

On Saturday, we spent the first half of the day in Vatican City. Here’s a shot from outside St. Peter’s Basilica.. followed by a few details inside.

And a couple from the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel..

We saw this statue on the bridge as we walked back into the city…

 Inside the Pantheon…

Saturday night, we went over to the Spanish Steps, and as we made our way over to Trevi Fountain, we took a few minutes to enjoy the view at dusk…

And our last tourist stop of the day… Trevi Fountain..

 Ciao for now;)
